Here, we've got a live dealership's global search page. One view with nearly 1 million vehicles available, easily ranked and sorted just the way you like it. The first thing to notice is the robust global search filter on the left, with all of your sourcing channels in the primary position. First you'll see group inventory. This is the inventory at sister stores owned by a single group. Then you'll see Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer. This is present if you participate in that program. Then, missed appraisals. These are cars you didn't get from the past 60 days and that vAuto hasn't yet seen listed online. Then private party listings from your Vehicle Acquisition Network page. Then upcoming service appointments, visible here, if you have Xtime or VinSolutions CRM integrations. Lease returns, also visible here if you have VinSolutions CRM integration. And lastly, auctions. With over 300,000 vehicles from over 300 auction platforms. Search all channels together or you can filter them separately. Then, while accessing vehicles across any combination of channels, you can apply your strategy. And this is where Global Search really shines. Moving down the sidebar, you can zero in with specifications related to your strategy, or related to advanced ProfitTime metrics, or related to the vehicle specs. So let's say you're a Toyota dealer and you really need to get your hands on some Tacomas in a certain price point and regardless of source. Let's start refining your search by segment, selecting small pickups, and select an average market price range from $25,000 to $30,000. Now we want to make sure that we're only targeting vehicles that are good movers in our market. So let's select a maximum market day supply of 60. At this point, with just a few clicks, we've narrowed our search from hundreds of thousands of available vehicles to 71 fast moving small pickups in our price range that we know we can profit from. If you're open to any make, you can stop filtering here and start assessing vehicles. But in this scenario we want Toyotas. So you can narrow your search even further to the 18 Tacomas. And whatever combination of filters you've applied can be managed at the top of your search results. Best of all, they can be captured as a saved search for recurring use. You can also manage all of your saved searches under this tab right here at the top. Looking into each vehicle, all search result cards show you basic information like vin, mileage, and market day supply, and then depending on the source, each card will also contain specific info relevant to that channel. Auction vehicles, for instance, show the owner, the auction house, and start times, and one click will take you into the auction's vehicle detail page. Private party vehicles show you the age of the listing. KBB ICO cars show you their offer status. Missed trades will show you the appraiser and the last modified date. Service lane vehicles show you the date and time of the appointment and link to that customer information. Group inventory vehicles show you the store where the vehicle is located and its days in inventory. Lease returns show you the original purchase date, the lease terms, and the estimated end date.
